Fixed form paving uses a series of preset molds (or “forms”) to shape a rigid pavement. These forms are placed on the graded base or subgrade in the desired shape of the final rigid pavement. They can be made of anything from welded steel sections to simple lumber.
DLC Paver Machine is driven by 12 V DC battery. Its screed is heated by LPG fueled burner which is mechanically controlled. Mechanism of its feeder and hopper is hydraulically managed. Capacity of its hopper is 4.25 m3. DLC Paver Machine is suitable for laying wetmix, bitumen and other raw materials by maintaining 10 mm to 200 mm thickness range.
Slipform paving is defined as a process used to consolidate, form into geometric shape and surface finish a PCC mass by pulling the forms continuously through and surrounding the plastic concrete mass. Slipform paving is most appropriate for larger jobs that require high production rates.
This machine is a compact extrusion type equipment for casting continuous Kerbs, channel and other concrete formation used in road construction. This machine haspetrol engine with smooth running, low vibrations with electric ignitions.
