Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Plants that have been certified under the Ready Mix Concrete Plant Certification Scheme (RMCPCS) by the QCI approved certification bodies and have entered into a written contract with QCI (Scheme Owner), are eligible to use the RMC Capability Certification and RMC 9000+ Capability Certification Mark(s) as per the provisions mentioned against each of the levels.
